The company operates since 2007 and by the end of 2010 is part of a financial group including bank, Health Insurance Company, Pension Company, Insurance broker and asset management companies. Our ambitions are in the short term to become leader in the conditions and quality to our life insurance products.

Regarding sales network expansion LIC "Saglasie" EAD is looking for responsible individuals to work in the field of direct sales of financial and insurance products and services.

 

Basic requirements:

1. Experience and expertise in direct sales of financial products

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills

3. Active listening skills and identifying customer needs

4. Knowledge in economics, insurance and financial markets

5. Knowledge of the region's economy

6. Ambition to develop and achieve results

7. Computer literacy

 

Main responsibilities:

1. Advises clients on all types of insurance

2. Establish and maintain business contacts with clients

3. Actively seeking new clients and servicing existing customers

4. Arranging meetings and meeting with potential customers, trade negotiations

5. Prepares and presents offers and proposals to clients

6. Creating proposals for insurance contracts according to customer’s requirements

Main responsibilities:

1. Organize and conduct the entire process of selection of new insurance consultants

2. Supervise and evaluate the work of insurance consultants

3. Organize and manage the training of insurance consultants

4. Responsible for timely and accurate implementation of the goals

5. Regularly prepare and submit plan and report on the team activities

6. Advises clients on all types of insurance

7. Establish and maintain business contacts with clients

8. Actively seeking new clients and servicing existing customers

9. Arranging meetings and meeting with potential customers, trade negotiations

10. Prepares and presents offers and proposals to clients

11. Creating proposals for insurance contracts according to customer’s requirements
